Emergence

"Emergence" is a digital image commissioned for Dundas Night Lights, a group exhibition and outdoor installation.

"Emergence" is a message of hope created during the second year of the pandemic; a reminder that given time, life will find a way.

The source material for the piece comes from Mandala, a generative artwork.

Part of ArtworxTO, the Dundas Night Lights installation ran for 10 days along Dundas Street West in Toronto, accompanied by a group exhibition at Underscore Projects.

The project featured a rose window design which the public could remix using their smartphone to combine the works of eight local artists in an interactive video installation.
